IPL Players Auction 2012
Indian Premier League is one of the biggest sport events in Cricket and Asia as a whole. IPL has been bigger over the last 4 years involved with millions of money, lot of pride and fame at stake and gained popularity not only in India but all across the globe who love cricket.
This year the IPL 5th edition will be held on 4th February, 2012 at the ITC Royal Gardenia, Bangalore. This is a platform which gets all the big cricketers together so, this season players from nine countries including India, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, England, West Indies, Zimbabwe, Sri Lanka, Ireland and Netherlands will be sold to nine IPL franchises.
The season 5 IPL players’ auction list has been announced earlier with 183 lists of players for the auction, but many players have been removed from the list by the IPL Committee members. Now only 144 shortlisted players are in the game with the proceedings beginning at 11 am in Bangalore conducted by Richard Madley.
