Tickets are designed and ready to sale for the public from 1 March 2012 and tickets will be obtainable via website and box office sale in Sri Lanka. The ICC and Sri Lanka Cricket will be appoint a company to direct the ticket sales procedure and will together determine a sales strategy that will make sure equitable access to purchase tickets for local and abroad fans alike.

Entry to the women's group stage for icc t20 matches in Galle will be release to the public at no charge. Entry to the ICC T20 women's semi-finals and T20 final, which will be played before the ICC T20 men's parallel matches in Colombo, will be on the similar match ticket as the men's.

On 1 October the ICC tour and travel website icctravel will go live, In that website we can search all the details of ICC forthcoming events and the news will be updated on a regular basis with the contact updates for all official travel agents. It will be the only outlets by which all travel packages to ICC events will be legally available.

In that website if official travel agent is not appointed then consumer will be able to register for their interest on this website so then they can be contracted for purchasing ICC desired package.
